So, I did my first run tonight in my new VFF's. And I love them! My left quad and calf muscle are still pretty tight and sore from sunday's hike so I had to take it easy- which was a good thing! I only did 1.25 miles but I think it was a good break-in run. So excited!

How do you like yout VFFs by the way? Have you read the books and theories on barefoot running? How do you feel in them? I've been thinking of getting a pair of Sprints to walk (not run) in as rehab. You know, strengthen my foot/cankle/calf.
