These are my thoughts- mostly triathlon and running related... but also the crazy little things that float around my head, day in and day out, making me want to run, or not run.

Half marathon
The Seattle half marathon is coming up in a week.... Definitely not ready for this. I got a pair of compression socks today- expensive but will hopefully be worth it. Hoping to get about ten miles in tomorrow morning. It's going to be a cold one, I think the high is only supposed to be 37! Brrrrrr!
