These are my thoughts- mostly triathlon and running related... but also the crazy little things that float around my head, day in and day out, making me want to run, or not run.

How good is this????
I can't even begin to say just how yummy this pineapple Greek yogurt is. I'd been a little leery on trying Greek, but I do love me some pineapple!!! And 13 grams of protein! Snikey!!! Add and english muffin with a bit of pb and nutella and my breakfast sweet tooth is jumping for joy!
Gross!! I bought a box from Costco when they first came out because the container was cute. Tried it, almost puked! Made Cody take it home. I don't like sour cream or curdy stuff.... damn cute container tricked me!!
I love the Greek style yogurt. Haven't seen the pineapple one. The fig flavor is surprisingly good. Not sure of the brand.
